New Project of the Classical Gymnasium: "We Value Your Labor"

The students, teachers, and school administration of Tbilisi Classical Gymnasium prepared an emotional surprise for the school's technical staff in the sports hall – they greeted the cleaning staff, watchman, security guards, and handymen with applause, banners, and chants of "We love you very much!", "We appreciate your work!".

Representatives of the gymnasium presented their beloved staff with flowers and a cake decorated with elements related to their work, as well as a vacuum cleaner purchased with their own funds to ease the workload of the cleaning staff.

In addition to its primary educational function, the Tbilisi Classical Gymnasium places a strong emphasis on fostering a dignified individual and citizen, developing the skills of gratitude, appreciation of others' labor, care, and kindness.

This was the very purpose of the attention shown to the staff, which proved so emotional that both adults and children struggled to hold back their tears. Furthermore, to demonstrate support and respect, by decision of the administration, once a month the students will clean the school themselves.
