Mikheil Chkhenkeli Met with UN Representatives

Mikheil Chkhenkeli, Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, met with representatives of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), UN Women, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Mikheil Chkhenkeli provided the organization representatives with information regarding the planned innovations within the system. In turn, the representatives of the UN agencies expressed their readiness to become even more actively involved in strengthening the civic education component at all levels of education, promoting vocational education, and ensuring greater educational opportunities for youth, especially women.
