An exhibition was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Democratic Republic of Georgia

At the Korneli Kekelidze Georgian National Centre of Manuscripts, an exhibition was held dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Democratic Republic of Georgia. The exhibition presented evaluations of the 1918–1921 republic and the restoration of independence by individuals who did not go into exile and continued to live under Russian occupation.
Visitors to the exhibition viewed the sermons of Catholicos-Patriarchs Kirion II and Ambrosi Khelaia; the personal archives of Ekvtime Takaishvili, Dutu Megreli, and Anastasia Khoshtaria; a letter sent by Vasil Karbelashvili to Stalin, in which he openly reproaches him regarding the infringement upon Georgian territories and the Georgian people, and the demolition and destruction of ancient monuments; as well as poetry reflecting how courageous individuals in Sovietized Georgia assessed May 26 or February 25; Radio Liberty recordings regarding May 26; and various memorial items.
