Meeting with the teachers of Rustavi Public School No. 13

The Director of the National Center for Teacher Professional Development of the Ministry of Education and Science met with teachers. Gia Mamulashvili spoke with the teachers of Rustavi Public School No. 13 about their needs and introduced them to the concept of the Teacher House.

During the conversation with the teachers, their professional needs were identified. The teachers expressed great interest in professional skills and certification exam preparation trainings. Special attention was focused on preparation in English language and computers, and they noted that each of them plans to successfully pass the integrated English and computer exam next year.

The Director of the National Center for Teacher Professional Development explained to the teachers that they can undergo any type of training free of charge at the Teacher House. The Teacher House operates on a 24-hour basis and prepares up to 300 teachers a day in pedagogical skills, subject matter, English, and computer science.
