Winners of the Essay Contest "My Soldiers" Were Awarded
The contest was held through the cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Justice. The aim of the contest was to foster patriotic feelings among the young generation and to promote the understanding of one's responsibility towards the country's interests, traditions and values.
Within the framework of the contest, students had the opportunity to write essays on the aforementioned topic, in which they expressed their opinions, attitudes and wishes regarding the activities of Georgian soldiers both inside the country and abroad.
125 students from Tbilisi schools participated in the contest. Winners were identified in two age groups: IV-VII and VIII-XII grades. In each age group, students taking the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize places were named, while encouraging certificates were awarded to 18 students. Representatives of all three ministries participated in the evaluation of the contest entries.
IV-VII Grade Age Group:
- 1st place - Gigi Lobjanidze - 4th grade of Tbilisi Public School No. 158;
- 2nd place - Davit Mdzinarishvili - 5th grade of Tbilisi Public School No. 155;
- 3rd place - Elene Tsikaridze - 7th grade of Tbilisi Public School No. 43;
VIII-XII Grade Age Group:
- 1st place - Anano Kukhilava - LLC „Candidi“, 11th grade;
- 2nd place - Giorgi Arjevanidze - 9th grade of Tbilisi Public School No. 114;
- 3rd place - Nigar Huseynova - 8th grade of Tbilisi Public School No. 158.;
