Competition for the Selection of School Directors

The Ministry of Education and Science is launching the next stage – the competition for the selection of school principals.

In order to participate in the competition, persons holding a principal's certificate must fill out the application form, which will be available on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science at www.directors.mes.gov.ge from August 18 to August 20. Contestants will have the opportunity to select 3 schools where they wish to participate in the competition. Furthermore, changing a previously selected school is permitted. On August 20, the selected schools (one, two, or three, according to the contestant's preference) will be finalized as the approved selection list.

We kindly ask principal candidates to carefully review the application submission rules attached to the application form.

We also request that you fully upload the mandatory documents required for electronic registration:

• Identity document;
• Photograph;
• Motivational letter.

Starting from August 21, the Ministry of Education and Science will gradually publish the interview schedule by cities and regions.
