Tamar Sanikidze met with Akhaltsikhe teachers
Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Tamar Sanikidze introduced the ongoing innovations in general education and future plans to Akhaltsikhe teachers and principals. Deputy Minister Lia Gigauri presented them with the new scheme for entering the teaching profession, professional development, and career planning, while Lasha Saghinadze, Head of the Ministry's Economic Department, introduced the new salary policy to the teachers.
Within the framework of the meeting, the Minister and other representatives of the Ministry answered all questions from the teachers and listened to their remarks and suggestions. On the same day, the Minister presented gold and silver medals to the distinguished graduates of Akhaltsikhe schools.
Working format meetings with teachers and the presentation of updates will continue in the future. Representatives of the Ministry will visit all regions and hold personal meetings.
