The student mobility process for the spring semester of the 2014-2015 academic year has begun
Mobility for the spring semester of the 2014-2015 academic year will begin on January 23 and will last until February 5 at 18:30.
During this period, students can choose up to five educational programs in order of priority. Winning the mobility competition depends on the scaled score accumulated by the student in the Unified National Examinations.
Persons participating in mobility will gradually receive short text messages from the start of registration until the day the results are published. A mobility hotline will operate, and center operators will assist students. Tel: (+99532) 2 200 220 (extension 3522 or 3523).
The mobility fee is 40 GEL; students representing socially vulnerable families are exempt from the fee. The mobility fee can be paid at any branch of "Bank of Georgia" or via self-service payment terminals and the internet.
56 higher education institutions are participating in the mobility process. A total of 8,370 vacant places have been announced.
Institutions that are not participating in the mobility process for the spring semester of the 2014-2015 academic year:
LEPL - Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University;
LEPL - Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University;
LLC Teaching National University SEU;
LEPL - Vano Sarajishvili Tbilisi State Conservatoire;
LLC - Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy;
A(A)IP - New Vision University;
LLC Bank of Georgia University;
LLC Heydar Aliyev Georgia-Azerbaijan University.
Additionally, due to their specific nature, six higher education institutions founded by the Patriarchate, LEPL - Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, and LEPL - David Aghmashenebeli National Defense Academy of Georgia are not participating in the mobility process.
The mobility results will be published on February 9 on the website of the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. Immediately upon the announcement of the results, the student must contact the receiving educational institution without delay.
