Support of International Organizations for Strengthening the Quality of General Education in Georgia

The coordination meeting is systemic in nature and is held regularly, which contributes to the sharing of information, coordination, and discussion of achievements regarding the implementation of projects initiated by the government, international, and local organizations in the field of education.

The main topic of the aforementioned meeting was to introduce the "Scheme for Teacher's Commencement of Activities, Professional Development and Career Advancement" developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia to the representatives of the diplomatic corps, international and donor organizations.

Within the framework of the event, the representatives of the invited organizations spoke about their implemented, ongoing, and planned educational projects, which aim to support and strengthen ongoing programs in the education sector.  Such meetings significantly increase  close coordination and communication between donors and the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
