A modern standard vocational college in the town of Jvari
Along with rehabilitation, the educational and office inventory of the college will be renewed, it will be equipped with modern computer technology, and the institution will be provided with modern heating and air conditioning systems. The institution will be adapted for students with special educational needs, and the building will feature an elevator.
The “Lakada” vocational college implements educational programs focused on the demands of the regional labor market; provides the region with qualified personnel in high-demand specialties; and promotes the employment of the population, which naturally contributes to the reduction of unemployment and migration of the regional population, as well as the improvement of social conditions.
The institution implements the following educational programs: Mason; Tiler-Finisher; Engine Repairman; Electrician; Event Organizer; Garment Specialist; Confectioner; Felt Artisan; Plasterer; Computer User; Painter; Welder. The college has training laboratories for the following specialties: Automobile Engine Repairman, Confectioner, Garment Specialist Workshop, and others.
The town of Jvari is a border village, and accordingly, the primary contingent of the college consists of internally displaced and socially vulnerable students.
