7 internally displaced students will have their tuition funded
In order to promote the integration of socially vulnerable members into society, the company "Gulf" will finance the studies of students internally displaced from the occupied territories of Georgia. The academic scholarships were awarded to the students by Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Aleksandre Tevzadze, Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories and Accommodation Sozar Subari, and representatives of Gulf.
The company "Gulf" assists students who have successfully passed the national exams, enrolled in universities, but failed to receive state funding and do not have the financial means to continue their studies on their own.
According to Giorgi Devadze, General Director of Gulf, the company is well aware of its social responsibility towards the socially vulnerable members of society and continuously intends to care for financing the education of internally displaced students.
