The innovative project is successfully underway at Public School No. 150

Tbilisi Public School №150 is participating for the second year in the Ministry of Education and Science program, which is being implemented with the support of the Government of Estonia and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). The aim of the program is to raise teachers' qualifications to ensure quality education and to create a learning environment that will promote high academic achievement among students. Today, UNICEF Regional Director Afshan Khan, Ambassador of Estonia to Georgia Kai Kaarelson, and Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture of the Parliament of Georgia Mariam Jashi attended the classes conducted within the framework of the program.
It should be noted that the Estonian project has successfully merged with the "New School Model" and the innovative methods that were also introduced in Public School №150 as part of the education reform. This school is one of the first among the 50 schools where the project is being implemented. The new model will cover all public schools in Georgia by 2023.
