Meeting with Representatives of the Peace Corps
"The Department of Preschool and General Education Development hosted representatives of the Peace Corps. The volunteers familiarized themselves with the general education system of Georgia—the legislative framework, the core principles and directions of the national curriculum, as well as ongoing and planned activities within the framework of the reform. The volunteers will remain in regional schools for two years to teach English to schoolchildren."
