The state language teaching program for clergy of religious minorities has been launched
The Zurab Zhvania School of Public Administration of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia has launched the Georgian language teaching process for the clergy of religious minorities. Within the framework of the three-month project, beneficiaries from Marneuli, Dmanisi and Sagarejo will learn the state language.
Ketevan Jakeli, Director of the Zhvania School, and Giorgi Ukleba, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency for Religious Issues, attended the first demonstration class of the state language teaching in Marneuli.
The project is implemented within the framework of the memorandum signed between the Zhvania School and the State Agency for Religion, and aims to popularize the state language among religious minorities, promote civic integration, and plan and implement joint activities by the parties.
As a result of effective cooperation, educational resources have been prepared, which include a curriculum saturated with religious vocabulary and ensure the high-level conduct of the educational process.
