One of the priorities of the education reform is the creation of modern infrastructure that will contribute to conducting the educational process in a modern and technologically sound environment. Furthermore, it is important to increase access to the latest technologies at all stages of teaching, as well as to develop professional skills and establish a healthy lifestyle in the younger generation. The construction of "Education and Science Cities" in Tbilisi and Batumi serves precisely this purpose.
