The Minister personally tested the capabilities of the new aircraft.

At the Telavi Airport, which is equipped with a modern educational, material-technical base and aircraft, students of the Flight and Engineering faculties undergo practical training. An aircraft maintenance enterprise operates on the territory of the airport, along with an air terminal building for passengers and a dormitory for pilot-instructors and engineering-technical personnel.
