Tamara Kitiashvili awarded the students of the Tourism Training Center

Tamar Kitiashvili, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, presented certificates to tourism program students who successfully completed their internships at the company "Discover Georgia".
The said travel company has been cooperating with various educational institutions for many years, offering tourism students and graduates the opportunity to undergo a practical component and certified internship in a real work environment within the context of work-based learning. This, in turn, increases the employment opportunities for graduates both within "Discover Georgia" and other travel agencies.
The cooperation is implemented with the active support of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia and the Georgian National University (SEU).
The mission of the tourism training center based within the company is to promote student engagement in the field of tourism, retrain existing personnel, raise their knowledge, improve practical skills, refine tourist services, and create a hospitable environment.
The travel company "Discover Georgia" implements a monthly internship cycle for both students and any individuals interested in the field of tourism.
