Registration time for externate exams has been extended

Based on the interests of students, the deadline for those wishing to complete the general education curriculum for grades I-XII in the form of externship has been extended, and February 18, 2020, has been determined as an additional registration date.
Registration for those wishing to complete their education through externship was announced by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia from February 3 to February 10. However, after the expiration of the registration period, citizens contacted the Preschool and General Education Development Department of the Ministry who, due to various objective circumstances, were unable to register as externs within the established deadlines. The Ministry took their request into consideration and established additional registration deadlines for them.
We would like to remind you that the right to take the externship exam is granted to individuals who, for certain reasons, have been disconnected from the educational process and do not have a document certifying full general education, as well as to individuals who are studying in school, but whose age exceeds the minimum age defined by legislation and who express a desire to complete the program through externship.
For those wishing to complete the program in the form of externship, exams will be held from February 18 to March 2.
Additionally, those wishing to complete the twelfth grade through externship will have the opportunity to take the exams in June of the current year. The additional registration period for graduating class students to take exams as externs has been set from June 1 to June 5, while their exams will be held from June 15 to June 24.
