ლევან ხარატიშვილი ევროპის საბჭოს კულტურის, მემკვიდრეობისა და ლანდშაფტის მმართველი კომიტეტის თავმჯდომარედ აირჩიეს

At the 9th Plenary Session of the Council of Europe's Steering Committee for Culture, Heritage and Landscape, member states/delegates elected Levan Kharatishvili, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, to the position of Committee Chairperson for a 1-year term.

Due to the pandemic, this year's Committee meeting was held in an online format, and its main topics of discussion were current issues in the cultural sector within the framework of the Council of Europe during the pandemic period and future cooperation plans, including issues related to heritage protection and landscape maintenance and development, as well as programs initiated by the Council of Europe (Cultural Routes, Landscape Convention, Compendium, and others).

Deputy Minister Levan Kharatishvili was elected to the position of Deputy Chairperson of the aforementioned Committee in 2018 and 2019.
