Construction of training workshops begins on the territory of "Lakada" College

In the city of Jvari, on the territory of College "Lakada", at the initiative of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, the LEPL Educational and Scientific Infrastructure Agency is launching the construction of three training workshops.

Students of vocational programs in floor and tile works, drywall construction assembly, plastering works, and painting works will be able to undergo practical training in the workshops equipped in accordance with international standards starting from the spring of 2021.

College "Lakada" offers students 10 different vocational programs in the fields of agriculture, information technology, construction, electricity, garment production, culinary arts, and financial services.

The educational institution implements both short-term training and retraining courses, as well as integrated programs, upon successful completion of which students will receive a state document certifying vocational qualification along with a diploma equivalent to a high school certificate. Accordingly, they will have the opportunity to continue their studies at the higher education level without interruption.
