The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia joins the global campaign against violence against women

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia joins the global campaign against violence against women, which is held from November 25 to December 10. Due to existing challenges, this year's campaign is being conducted online, focusing on the role and engagement of the community in eradicating violence during the global pandemic.
Educators, scientists, cultural figures, and prominent athletes are joining the campaign. Across Georgia, higher education institutions, public schools, the "Tele-School" project, theaters, museums, sports federations, and clubs have gotten involved in the campaign.
Online lectures and classes on the protection of women's rights will be held in universities and schools, several museums will hold online public lectures on the same topic, theaters will stream performances focusing on women's rights, and Georgian athletes will call on the public to unite against violence at all matches held within the framework of national championships.
Specifically for this campaign, the Ministry has prepared a cultural events poster detailing the schedule of events.
