The document promotes the strengthening of ties between the academic circles, higher educational institutions, and vocational schools of the two countries, as well as the teaching of Georgian and Azerbaijani language and literature in the respective higher educational institutions at the undergraduate level.

On his part, Emin Amrulaev thanked the Georgian government and personally Mikheil Chkhenkeli for supporting Azerbaijanis living in Georgia in terms of teaching the state language, which gives them the opportunity to study in Georgian universities and better integrate into society.
