Mandaturs joined the cleaning campaign

Within the framework of the joint event by the Mandaturi service and the Ministry of Environmental Protection entitled "Plastic Bag is the Enemy of Nature", the area surrounding the Jvari Monastery was cleaned throughout the day. The campaign involved 200 Mandaturi officers and employees of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, who cleared the area surrounding the Jvari Monastery of household waste and debris, as the said location constantly requires cleanup.

The purpose of the Mandaturi officers' participation in the cleanup campaign is to make their own contribution to cleaning holy sites and preserving an ecologically safe and healthy environment.

According to the Mandaturi officers, this campaign is not of a one-time nature, and they will continue similar events in various cities of Georgia in the future.
