Statement of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia

Based on the Minister's Order No. 453 of July 12, an individual who failed to register for school graduation exams or did not receive a positive evaluation in the subjects required to obtain a full certificate, and wishes to continue their studies in a higher educational institution of a foreign country, shall be issued a document certifying complete general education with a special series.

We emphasize the fact that the holder of the certificate with a special series will not be entitled to exercise the right of study and mobility in higher educational institutions operating in Georgia.
