Georgian pupils returned from Informatics Olympiad with medals
The members of the Georgian team of pupils returned with medals from the 24th Informatics Olympiad of Central European Countries (CEOI), which was held in the capital of Slovenia, Ljubljana.
Meeting of the Board of School Directors

Reform of N15 School of Samtredia
At the meeting held at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, in which NGOs and international organizations, the Public Defender's Office of Child Protection took part, the reform of N15 boarding school of Samtredia was discussed. N15 School of Samtredia performs appropriate programs for pupils with anti-social behavior during the specified period.
Children’s cognitive animated series will be created
The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia is launching a new project, which envisages creation of children’s cognitive animated series. Useful messages around various topics will be released in the series. This novelty will promote the development of social skills, civic self-consciousness and awareness raising issues such as healthy lifestyle, environmental protection, children’s rights (e.g. right to education, inclusive education), strengthening of interest towards study, durability and friendship.
Working meetings with experts of European Commission
Within the framework of the Public Administration Reform of Georgia under the Financial Agreement between Georgia and the European Union, the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia, with the help of EU experts of education, is working on the improvement of the planning and implementation of the strategic policy of education and science. For this purpose, the expert of the European Commission for Scientific Development, Christoph Kratski, has visited Georgia.

In the course of global student mobility, the number of persons willing to study abroad as well as the number of foreign students in educational institutions of Georgia during the last decade increases.
In the summer camp of the pupils of Manavi
The military base is one of the locations in the village of Manavi, which will host more than 1,000 students within the summer school program "Let’s relax and learn together". At this stage, the third stream of young people in the camp passes a weekly cognitive / entertaining program. Vice Prime Minister of Georgia, Minister of Education and Science Aleksandre Jejelava and the Minister of Defense of Georgia Levan Izoria visited the camp.

International Training Olympiad
The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia fully finances and organizes many projects of encouraging talented pupils, including "International Training Olympiads Subprogram", within aframework of which the Ministry provides the preparation of Georgian pupils’ teams for prestigious International Subject Olympiads and then their participation.No news found.
