School Resource Officers and students at Georgian Art Palace

SROs have presented another gift to school students. Students of โ39 and โ74 Public Schools and the โ1 Experimental School have visited the Georgian Art Palace. The youths observed ancient exhibits at the museum.
The SROs and students participated in the unique educational program, โBecome a temple architectโ during the visit. Students explored characteristics of Georgian architecture and fresco paintings. Students were able to observe the unique architecture of ancient monuments of the Caucasus as well.
Students participated in workshops, drew sketches of Georgian frescos, finalized ornaments of the Ishkhani temple, and decorated the gate of Santavisi Cathedral. In the end they were able to create models of Svetiskhoveli Cathedral and Parkhali Fortress. SROs consider such events very important as youth have the chance to get introduced to ancient monuments and masterpieces of the Georgian nation.
