Improving school infrastructure and constructing schools of modern standards is one of the main priorities of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. The Ministry's goal is for every student, regardless of where they study, to receive a comprehensive education in a modern and well-equipped environment.
Every year, dozens of schools with modern design and infrastructure are built across Georgia, almost all schools have been rehabilitated, and schools are provided with heating and lighting systems. The new schools are equipped with modern amenities. The schools feature international-standard sports halls, libraries, information technology rooms, and natural science laboratories.
