Signing of a Memorandum with the Czech NGO "People in Need"
The memorandum of cooperation was signed by First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Ketevan Natriashvili and Director of the non-governmental organization "People in Need" Sarah Karadi.
The memorandum aims to support socially vulnerable vocational education graduates in Western Georgia and promote their subsequent employment. Specifically, the non-governmental organization "People in Need" will ensure the organization of a business grant competition focused on graduates of the public college "Iberia" and the Mining and Technological Institute of Tkibuli (Faculty of Mining and Geology of the Georgian Technical University) who are registered in the unified database of socially vulnerable families.
Graduates who win the competition will be awarded business grants to start their own businesses by December of the current year.
