Prime Minister on School Construction

The village of Lambalo in the Sagarejo District will have a modern standard school. Today, Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili and Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Tamar Sanikidze inspected the construction of the school, which is designed for 1,000 students.
The Head of Government spoke with teachers, students, and parents gathered at the area adjacent to the school. They explained to Irakli Garibashvili that the educational process has been conducted until now in unbearable conditions across up to 10 different facilities.
As the Prime Minister of Georgia stated, the Lambalo school is a clear example that the government cares equally for all regions of Georgia. The construction of 9 schools nationwide began in 2013, and this process will continue.
According to Irakli Garibashvili, education is one of the most important priorities, and the authorities will do everything possible to ensure the accessibility of education.
Other pressing issues for the village were also discussed at the meeting. The locals are concerned about the problem of the internal road, though work has already begun within the framework of the state agricultural program.
Along with the Prime Minister, State Representative-Governor of the Region Irakli Shiolashvili and Minister of Education and Science Tamar Sanikidze were present in the village of Lambalo.
