Certified teachers will receive the allowance without hindrance

We would like to inform you that, in accordance with Article 14 of the Instruction approved by the first paragraph of Order No. 576 of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia dated October 21, 2005, "On the Approval of the Instruction on the Amount and Conditions of Remuneration of Public School Teachers," a teacher retains the remuneration calculated in accordance with the established rule of this instruction during the holiday period provided for by Order No. 84/n of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia dated September 3, 2010, "On Determining the Dates for the Start and End of the Academic Year and Holidays in General Educational Institutions of Georgia."

Based on the above, during the holiday period provided for by the legislation, a teacher retains the supplements established by the legislation in the established manner, along with their position salary.

We would like to emphatically remind the representatives of the structural sub-units, resource centers, and LEPLs within the Ministry's system that information disseminated anonymously has no legal force. Furthermore, in accordance with Order No. 28 of the Minister of Education and Science of Georgia dated January 17, 2014, persons employed in the system shall conduct official correspondence exclusively via internal corporate email.
