Georgia has become a member country of the UNESCO International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training "UNEVOC"

The UNESCO Education Sector promotes the development of education, science, and cultural values, which includes technical assistance, the implementation of international standards, the execution of innovative projects, human resource development, and the unification of member states into a single electronic network.
The goal of the UNESCO Education Sector is to promote the fundamental human right to education, develop the quality of education, and foster innovative approaches and dialogue.
UNESCO's International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training, "UNEVOC", represents a United Nations mandate that supports its member countries in the development of vocational education systems, community well-being, the promotion of their coexistence, and the implementation of activities focused on gender equality and poverty reduction.
From now on, as a member country of UNESCO's International Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training, "UNEVOC" will assist Georgia in the process of drafting vocational education policy documents, developing high-quality educational programs aligned with labor market demands, and developing the professional skills of human resources.
