On the theme of the Russia-Georgia war, elementary school students will create drawings, while middle and high school students will write essays on the given topic.
At the first stage, each school will identify two contestants, while at the second stage, three winners each will be selected by regional commissions. The finalists of the competition will be announced on February 25. The winners will receive special incentive prizes and monetary awards. The schools of the successful students will also be awarded.
