Mikheil Batiashvili: "We will present the project 'Future Education' to leading technology companies in the USA."

The first piloted projects implemented in the field of education will be presented in the USA โ at the World Economic Forum and in Silicon Valley. Mikheil Batiashvili, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, made this statement while speaking at the official opening of the Global Startup Fund, emphasizing the unprecedented importance of the project, which will be of paramount significance and success for Georgian youth in the field of technology.
According to the Minister, this will be the best example of how Georgian youth can undergo retraining, acquire modern knowledge in the field of technology, and, most importantly, be employed in such international and global projects where dozens of people are currently employed in well-paid jobs.
"Next week marks a new stage for us, as we plan to present the first piloted Georgian projects in the United States of America. We have planned very important meetings in America's Silicon Valley with the most authoritative organizations, and we believe that upon returning to Georgia, with international support, we will begin introducing the most modern, technologically advanced knowledge and experience in our schools and universities this fall," stated Mikheil Batiashvili,
who noted that it is of utmost importance that Georgian ideas and Georgian business projects will be brought to the global market, the implementation of which is unimaginable without international cooperation:
"We are pleased that a fund is being established which will serve as the best example of how knowledge can be transformed into a successful project and how a project born in Georgia can gain recognition.
Over these months, we have been working on a specific school and university program regarding how we envision our future education, which must deliver high-level and high-quality education to us. We truly do not have time to wait, and therefore we must take steps that will shape Georgian education for tomorrow. Therefore, in the Ministry, together with Georgian and foreign experts, we have completed a stage focused precisely on tomorrow's education, which is heavily oriented towards technology, the development of the future generation, and increasing the quality of knowledge delivery," stated Mikheil Batiashvili.
