Issuance of Certificates

Within the framework of the joint project by the Professional Training Center "Spektri" and USAID, 183 graduates across 9 specialties have completed intensive retraining courses. The programs through which the students were prepared are based on the standards of the United States Army Corps of Engineers. 

The Tbilisi Professional Training Center "Spektri" is a multidisciplinary vocational educational institution, where currently around eight hundred students are mastering their desired profession through short- and long-term vocational education training and retraining programs.

Priority specialties at "Spektri" include construction-profile professions – mason, carpenter, tiler-finisher, plasterer, electrical fitter, plumber, road builder, geodesist, electric welder, concreter-reinforcement worker, and others. In addition, the center teaches specialties such as auto mechanic, air conditioning and refrigeration technician, environmental safety monitoring, information technology, accounting, secretary-reference clerk, and others.

Potential employers of "Spektri" graduates include: construction companies "Axis", "Arsi", "Inzhmsheni", "Architravi"; firms "Beko", "L-Plus", "Woodservice", "Apexservice"; furniture company "Shno"; mobile communication company "Mobitel"; the "Builders Association", "Tbilaviamsheni", the Roads Department, municipal services, "Tbilaviamsheni", and others.

Within the framework of the President's National Program, 1,463,000 GEL was spent on the complete material and technical rehabilitation of the center.
