New Framework Document Approved for Quality Assurance in Doctoral Education

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth Affairs of Georgia has prioritized the improvement and development of quality in doctoral education and research. In line with this objective, the Ministry has developed and approved a new standard for the evaluation of doctoral education and doctoral programs, aimed at significantly enhancing the quality of doctoral and research processes.

This updated document incorporates the specifics of doctoral-level research within the context of modern research approaches and aligns with European and international standards and guidelines for doctoral education.

The framework document was developed with extensive stakeholder involvement, and all relevant details were discussed during meetings of the Rector's Board.
